A flat $13 shipping rate applies to all orders. Orders are sent within Australia using Australia Post Express Post.
Dispatch
We generally dispatch orders within 24 hours. This isn’t a guaranteed cut-off, but most orders are on their way pretty quickly.
Separate Shipments
We ship from more than one location, so occasionally your order may arrive in two separate parcels. There’s no additional shipping charge if this happens.
Tracking
Orders are sent with Australia Post, but tracking details aren’t automatically sent to customers. Please allow one week for your order to arrive before contacting us about delivery. If there’s an issue, we can check the tracking from our end.
Order Emails
Order updates are sent by email. If you haven’t received an update from us, please check your junk or spam folder as our emails can occasionally end up there.

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping isn’t available.
